Mirai by Nirman is a landmark 30-storey (138 m / 453 ft) commercial high-rise in Tejgaon, Dhaka, near Hatirjheel Lake. Developed by Nirman International Ltd. and designed by ARCO Architecture Company (Finland), it sets a benchmark for modern, sustainable high-rise development in Bangladesh.
The tower features a high-performance double-glazed unitized façade targeting LEED Gold certification, with BIM used throughout for design coordination and construction efficiency. Its structure incorporates PT slabs, aluminum formwork, and monolithic casting, requiring close coordination between façade and superstructure teams.
Scheduled for completion in summer 2027, it is set to become one of Dhaka’s tallest and most iconic commercial towers.
