As a highly accomplished façade engineer with over seven years of specialized experience in high-rise commercial projects, I am delighted to join Mirai by Nirman as Deputy Manager – Façade. My extensive expertise in unitized and semi-unitized glass façade engineering, coupled with a proven track record in designing, planning, and executing complex façade systems, positions me as a valuable asset to the team.

Prior to joining Mirai, I held the position of Deputy Manager at CHB Engineering Ltd., where I successfully delivered 14 high-rise commercial buildings totaling 1.38 million square feet. Additionally, I managed seven ongoing projects exceeding 1.55 million square feet, including the prestigious HSIA Terminal 3 Expansion Project, in collaboration with international partners such as Jangho and the Mitsubishi–Samsung–Fujita Joint Venture.

My responsibilities encompass project planning, engineering coordination, vendor management, quality assurance, and safety compliance, ensuring flawless façade execution from concept to handover. I am proficient in industry tools including Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, ArcGIS, and technical analysis platforms essential for façade engineering.
